Launched in October 2025, Work Boutique was born from a shared passion between our Sophie Petrie and Sarah Keighley owners of Work Boutique. Together, they recognised the need for well-fitting female clothing in industrial and commercial environments." The demand for correctly sized, functional, and comfortable garments for women has grown significantly in recent years — and Work Boutique is proud to be leading the way.
Over the past 9 months, we’ve seen incredible momentum and a warm response from women across the country. Our mission is simple: to provide safety garments, office attire and to provide a full branding service that caters to women working across a range of industries — from industrial solutions and commercial services, to agriculture and construction.
Supporting Real Women in Real Workplaces
One of our most exciting collaborations began in January, when we partnered with Kat Parson from The All-Female Build. We supplied her team with a full range of Hi-Vis garments, waterproof clothing, hats, and much more. Since then, we’ve continued to support them with Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) that prioritises both safety and fit.
Our reach has expanded further — from partnering with a farming influencer to working alongside gardeners to develop tailored workwear, and even exploring food clothing options.
