Shipping
All standard UK deliveries up to 5kg are free when you spend £100 or more and are estimated to be with you within 3-10 working days of placing your order. Items from Elka and Tranemo will take 10 to 14 working days as they are shipped from outside the UK
Each order is expected to have a minimum of a 24 hour handling time.
Please note that during peak periods such as Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas, there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.
All of our parcels are delivered through APC. All orders that leave our warehouse are tracked to ensure a secure delivery service.
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided you return your items back within 28 from date of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging.
Should you wish to return any item, this will be at your own cost unless the garment is damaged or has been incorectly shipped by Work Boutique.
